These terms outline how AI FontGen works, what we provide, and the rules you agree to follow when using our studio. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or generator.

Lettering images and how the studio works
AI FontGen provides online tools to create raster lettering images using artificial intelligence models. You enter phrases, choose styles, adjust canvas proportions, and export rendered graphics as image files.
A generated picture is not an installable font or an editable typeface family. You confirm that you have the right to submit the text, prompts, and reference images you provide to the service.
Checking spelling, legibility, and visual quality
Generated lettering may misspell words, warp characters, or join strokes unexpectedly. We do not promise perfect letterforms or guaranteed spelling accuracy.
You are responsible for inspecting every image before using it in presentations, websites, client work, or print materials. Take time to check the spelling, readability, and edges to confirm the artwork fits your project needs.
Commercial projects and third-party rights
Before using generated lettering in client work, branding, or merchandise, review the rights to your inputs and any recognizable third-party material. Check relevant font licenses, provider conditions, and the rules that apply to your use.
Paying for generation credits or creating an image through our studio does not grant you a license to someone else's copyrighted font, trademark, character design, or brand name. We cannot promise that generated artwork will be unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free from third-party infringement claims, and we do not provide legal clearance.
Specimens, style references, and font suggestions
The fonts directory contains both licensed typeface specimens and illustrative lettering directions. The preview labels distinguish the two. A generated illustration does not establish that a named typeface was used to make it, or imply a partnership or endorsement from a designer or foundry.
Our visual font finder gives possible font matches based on image crops you submit. These suggestions are visual starting clues rather than certified identifications. When your project requires actual font software, always check the linked foundry and obtain a proper font license directly from them.
Credits, task charges, and reversals
Generating lettering images uses credits based on the model and quality options you select. The required credit cost is always displayed in the studio interface before you start a task.
When the server confirms a task has failed, the credits charged for that task are returned to your balance. A task that is still running or delayed is not a confirmed failure, and closing the browser does not trigger a reversal. For a stuck task or a missing credit return, email support@aifontgen.com with the task ID and approximate time. Credit returns adjust your service balance; they are not cash refunds.
Acceptable use
You agree to use AI FontGen lawfully and respectfully. You must not use our tools to create or distribute unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or defamatory material, or to violate anyone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
You must not attempt to disrupt or overload our servers, bypass rate limits or credit quotas, circumvent technical protections, or resell unauthorized access to our service.
External AI providers and service timing
AI FontGen works with external AI model providers and hosting networks to render your lettering and analyze font crops. The availability and response times of these outside systems can fluctuate during peak hours or maintenance windows.
When an external provider experiences delays or temporary downtime, your generation tasks may take longer to finish or need to be retried. We work to keep tasks running smoothly, but service timing depends in part on these external networks.
Service availability and as-is status
AI FontGen is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise that the service will operate without interruptions or delays, or that letter rendering will always be free from visual imperfections.
You are responsible for how you choose to use the website, configure your settings, and evaluate any lettering images you create.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI FontGen is not liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully waived under applicable law.
