This policy explains what happens to your prompts, lettering images, and browser session when you use AI FontGen, including the information sent to AI providers and how to contact us about your data.

What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy covers the AI FontGen website, lettering generator, Font Finder, and messages you send to support. We use information to deliver requested results, keep account and credit records, troubleshoot problems, and manage service abuse.
We do not sell your prompts or lettering images to data brokers. Providing the tools does involve processing by our hosting infrastructure and external AI providers, as described below.
Guest sessions and accounts
You can create lettering images as a guest without setting up an account. When you generate as a guest, we save a signed cookie in your browser that stays valid for 30 days and link it to a guest record on our server. This lets your browser show your credit balance and view your recent renders.
Guest use is not anonymous. Your tasks, rendered images, and network details are tied to that guest record so you can retrieve your files. If you clear cookies, switch to a private window, or use another browser, your browser loses the key needed to open that history. Keep in mind that when a cookie expires or gets cleared from your browser, that does not delete the underlying records from our servers.
If you decide to register for an optional account, we store your email address, basic profile details, and session records so you can sign in and keep your history across different devices.
Prompts, settings, and generated images
When you submit a phrase to generate, our servers record the text of your prompt, along with the style choices, aspect ratio, model version, and quality settings you picked. We use these details to run the task and calculate any credit charge.
Once the image is ready, the original rendered image is saved to private server storage so it can appear in your studio history. When you choose to download that artwork, your browser converts and saves the file locally as a PNG, JPEG, or WebP graphic. Your generated images are private to your session by default and are not published to a public community showcase. However, our storage is intended for active design sessions rather than permanent backup, so we encourage you to download images you want to keep.
How third-party AI providers handle requests
To turn your prompt into a finished lettering image, AI FontGen sends your prompt text, style settings, and rendering parameters to external artificial intelligence providers that run the models.
These external providers receive the prompt text and visual instructions needed to render the image. They do not receive your account password or payment details. Because these providers process requests under their own policies, they may apply their own retention and training practices to the data they receive. We cannot promise that an external provider will never retain or learn from submitted prompts or generated images.
Font finder images and search crops
When you use our font finder tool, you choose a photo from your computer and crop it to focus on a few letters. Adjusting the frame happens entirely inside your browser, so reference photos you inspect do not leave your device while you work.
Only when you click the button to search does your selected crop travel through our server to a third-party vision model. Our application does not persist submitted crops or the returned suggestions in our database. The vision provider processes the cropped image under its own data practices to suggest possible font matches.
Private server storage and access checks
Generated images are kept in private server storage. Task details, account authentication records, and credit records are stored separately. When you request an image or task, the server checks access against your account session or signed guest cookie.
These access checks limit who can retrieve a result. They do not make the service a confidential document store or guarantee that every transmission and storage system is risk-free. Avoid including passwords or other sensitive information in prompts.
Usage analytics and browser choices
We use first-party analytics to understand page and tool visits, style selections, generation outcomes, result views, download requests, and credit or available billing actions. Records can include the page path, time, referring site or campaign, device category, and country when available. Analytics cookies link activity across visits and can associate it with a signed-in account.
Analytics events use a limited set of product-action fields rather than the raw prompt or image. Prompts and generated images are processed separately to provide the generation features described above.
You can disable optional analytics collection by enabling Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in a browser that supports these signals. This does not remove service records needed to run your account, fulfill a generation, or maintain credit balances. How long we keep different types of data
Retention depends on the purpose of the record. Prompts, images, and task details support your history and help resolve generation problems. Account and credit records support access, accurate balances, abuse prevention, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
The 30-day guest cookie is an access mechanism, not a deletion deadline for stored data. To ask about the records associated with your account or guest work, or to request deletion, email support. Some information may need to be retained for applicable obligations or to resolve an outstanding issue.
Requesting a review or deletion of your data
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may give you the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request that your records be deleted.
To request a review or deletion of your account, prompts, or stored lettering images, email support@aifontgen.com with the subject Privacy Request. To confirm that the request really comes from you without asking for secrets, we may ask you to verify your registered email address or reference a recent task ID. We will review your request in line with applicable legal requirements and necessary recordkeeping needs.
Your analytics choice
Optional analytics help us understand visits, generation outcomes and downloads. They exclude your lettering text, prompts and images. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection.
